Human-led intelligence by Zika Rakita. Real assessments, not automated feeds.

Former close protection and surveillance operator. Threat intel analyst. Built Sentinel AI for real-world travel and exposure risk.

Typical Triggers

Clients move to a retainer when risk is no longer static.

  • Online harassment, stalking, or fixation that changes week to week
  • Executive visibility increased: media exposure, controversy, litigation, leadership changes
  • Travel, public appearances, or events that create temporary exposure spikes
  • Partner, vendor, or employee risk that requires ongoing vetting, not a one-off check
  • Country, city, or regional risk that evolves faster than static reports
  • Early warning signs appeared, and you want to stay ahead, not react

If any of these persist longer than a few weeks, one-time intelligence stops being enough.

Who This Is For

This exists for situations that do not resolve in a single decision cycle.

  • The threat is persistent: stalking, harassment, fixation, hostile attention
  • Your exposure changes weekly: executive travel, market entry, instability, industry pressure
  • You are tired of alert noise and want signal you can act on
  • You need someone to watch the edges so your team can focus

Blunt reality: If your exposure is ongoing, a one-time briefing is outdated the day it lands.

Retainer Includes

Continuous monitoring with analysis and judgment. No auto-feeds.
Scope can include OSINT collection, vendor/partner vetting, exposure mapping, and ongoing checks. Included in the retainer, not sold separately.

  • Continuous monitoring (scoped to your risk)
  • Escalation validation and direct outreach
  • 2 briefings/month (PDF + optional call)
  • Quarterly trend review + scope adjustment

What I Actually Monitor

This is scoped monitoring tied to people, places, and decisions, not keywords.

  • Named-entity monitoring: executives, family, company, key locations
  • Threat indicators: doxxing signals, fixation behavior, harassment patterns
  • Narrative and media shifts: reputational threat, hostile coverage, pressure campaigns

Open-source and client-provided context only. No private account intrusion.

Scope is defined at onboarding. I do not watch "everything". I watch what can actually hurt you.

How Alerts Work

You are not buying a firehose.

What This Is Not

Retainer Options and Pricing

Intelligence Retainer: $1,497/month

3-month minimum | Small roster. Limited capacity.

The minimum exists for continuity: small roster, consistent coverage, and real trend detection.

Includes

  • Continuous monitoring and escalation support
  • 2 custom briefings/month
  • Quarterly trend analysis

Monitoring runs continuously. Direct client comms and escalations follow the agreed protocol.

What counts as a briefing:
A concise PDF (1 to 3 pages) with a clear summary, threat assessment, and recommended actions. Optional 15 to 30 minute call included when context or decisions require it.

Add-ons (if needed)

  • 24-hour sprint brief
  • Additional briefings
  • Multi-principal coverage
  • Multi-region expansion

Add-ons only when the scope truly changes.

If you want "monitor everything," this is not the service.

If scope changes, I propose it first. You approve it. Nothing is automatic.

Fit filter
Good fit: persistent exposure, escalation risk, weekly decisions
Not a fit: "monitor everything," competitor watching, voyeurism

What This Replaces

Most clients come to me after one of these fails:

Case Study (Redacted)

Family stalking threat identified and contained

Signal

Repeated contact attempts across multiple platforms combined with escalation in language tone and threat specificity. Behavior pattern shift from observation to probing.

Action

Coordinated documentation strategy, platform-by-platform reporting, account hardening checklist, and exposure reduction roadmap. Secondary actor surfaced through open-source intelligence and was tracked for escalation indicators.

Outcome

Contact ceased within 8 days of coordinated action. No offline approach occurred. No further escalation. Retainer continues as preventive monitoring with adjusted scope.

No travel changes were necessary; the threat was contained through documentation and exposure hardening, not operational disruption.

Note: No names, locations, or sensitive operational detail. Assessment was via open-source intelligence and client context. No on-site work required.

Key point: The win was not the PDF. The win was catching movement early and acting fast.

How This Connects to Other Services

Same intelligence. Different posture.

  • One-time decision or event: Intelligence Reports
  • Persistent person-focused threat: Executive Threat Management
  • Exposure reduction and hardening: Digital Resilience
  • Time-sensitive incidents: Crisis Support

This retainer can pull from multiple disciplines, but you are buying one thing: continuous intelligence coverage tied to your exposure.

The retainer exists when risk does not end after a PDF.

If your exposure is persistent, your intelligence must be continuous.
